We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged items that have the tags still on within 15 days of receipt. All personalized items and sale items are final sale.
Return labels are only available for orders shipped within the continental US. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your return or exchange.
To begin your return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Start your return or exchange online using your order number and zip code. The order number can be found by logging into your account, on the original order confirmation, and the packing slip.
- Follow the prompts online to select a exchange, refund, or gift card.
- Download and print a return shipping label.
- You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed.
